Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Luxury Or High-End Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Evaluations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Team Members.
