  1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals set by the company.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  3. Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills to ensure exceptional shopping experiences for customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
  6. Encourage and incentivize sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  7. Ensure all sales associates are adhering to company policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as visual merchandising and inventory management, to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  11. Assist in the recruitment and hiring process of new sales associates.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
  13. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
  14. Promote a customer-centric mindset among the sales team, ensuring that all customers receive personalized and exceptional service.
  15. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on sales performance and any challenges faced by the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
