As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.   • Oversee and manage daily sales operations at the store level
  • Train, coach, and develop sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Assist in merchandise planning and inventory management
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates and provide feedback for improvement
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and ensure it meets company standards
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and uphold brand image and values
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new sales associates.
