Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Candidate For The Assistant General Manager Position At Bloomingdale's Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A High-End Department Store Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant General Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Department Managers And Sales Associates.
