3. Conduct interviews with potential suspects and witnesses
4. Maintain records of all security incidents and follow up with appropriate staff
5. Work with store management to develop and implement security policies and procedures
6. Provide customer service and problem solve for customers when needed
7. Develop and implement creative solutions to reduce shrink and improve customer service
8. Remain alert and attentive to any suspicious activity in the store
9. Provide training and guidance to store staff on security policies and procedures
10. Monitor and report on store safety and security systems
