- Use sewing and tailoring skills to accurately alter garments to meet customer specifications.
- Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers for alteration services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sewing machines and tools.
- Keep track of alterations schedule and ensure timely completion of all alterations.
- Communicate with customers regarding any delays or issues with their alterations.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations to customers on how to achieve the best fit for their garments.
- Work closely with sales associates to assist customers with finding the right size and fit for their garments.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and alterations techniques to provide the best service to customers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for alteration services.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Experience In Garment Alterations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Garment Alterations, With A Strong Understanding Of Different Fabrics, Sewing Techniques, And Alteration Processes.
Attention To Detail: As An Alterations Associate, It Is Important To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Precision, As Even The Slightest Mistake Can Ruin A Garment. Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Work With Minimal Errors.
