  1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the store, including but not limited to sales, merchandising, and management.
  2. Assist in maintaining and organizing important documents and files for the store.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for store staff.
  5. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies for the store.
  6. Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets to track store activities and performance.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and operations.
  9. Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work space to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  11. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the store.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the store.
  13. Uphold the company's values and standards of customer service at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance store operations.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
