Senior HRIS Analyst

At Bloomin’ Brands, we are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team and help us build a better, more efficient HRIS system. As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the design, development and maintenance of our HRIS system. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data and providing technical support to our HR team. Ideal candidates for this position should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. In addition to a strong understanding of HRIS systems, you should have experience with SQL, analytics, and troubleshooting.
