Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Off Premises Dining Operations Manager to join our Bloomin’ Brands team. If you’re a motivated individual with strong organizational and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the operations of our off-premises dining operations. You’ll be tasked with developing innovative strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, as well as ensuring that all safety and hygiene standards are met.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a track record of success in managing off-premises dining operations. You’ll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to make sound decisions quickly.We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference.
