Director, Lease Administration

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director, Lease Administration to join Bloomin' Brands' legal team. This position is responsible for providing guidance and support to internal teams on a variety of lease-related matters, including analyzing, negotiating, and managing leases and other real estate related agreements.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal, real estate, finance, or related role, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. They must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to think creatively, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be a key member of our legal team, working closely with our internal teams to ensure that our leases and other real estate related agreements are in line with our legal and financial objectives.
