Lead World Artist - World of Warcraft
Manage, mentor, evaluate, and provide feedback to a team of World Artists. Uphold and grow high quality standards for art, design, and game performance. Be the voice of the World Art team during creative discussions with other departments. Communicate frequently with design partners on the World Building team to ensure the world art successfully supports WoW level flow & navigation, visual storytelling, and questing experiences. Partner with Production to scope, plan and organize multiple simultaneous projects. Work closely with the Design and Art Directors to help achieve a consistent vision. Champion work / life balance for the world building team. Promote, contribute to, and participate in our culture of inclusion and diversity.
Extensive experience performing in an environment art/world building role or equivalent
Highly skilled in the artistic visual execution of outdoor world spaces in multiplayer games
