Ecommerce & Marketing Manager
In this role you will build and retain connections with our fans, capturing the interest and demand of our global audiences through your experience and expertise in areas of merchandising, operations, performance marketing, data analytics, and consumer insights. Build a comprehensive strategy at macro level (ecommerce + retail + licensees + events) and develop quarterly action plans to deliver growth on revenue. Drive both commercial revenue and indirect franchise marketing value back to the business through effective distribution, merchandising, customer experience and marketing strategy. Own P&L across current and future platforms, build and manage budgets, set goals and KPIs in support of Annual and Long Range Plans. Effectively co-manage millions of dollars in licensee contractual marketing spend, creating and optimizing campaigns with healthy ROI.
5+ years of Brand Media, Marketing Science/Technology, Ecommerce or Retail Marketing or equivalent experience
Experience developing campaign briefs and planning across all marketing channels and media platforms
Experience building and/or driving Customer Loyalty and Reward programs
Fluency in both the creative and analytical sides of marketing
