BlackBerry is looking for a motivated, experienced Manager of Field Application Engineering to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading an engineering team in delivering the highest quality service to our customers. As a manager, you will ensure our products are deployed and maintained to the highest standards, develop and implement strategies for problem resolution, and mentor and train your team.We’re looking for a team leader who is passionate about customer service and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, superior communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An understanding of the mobile device industry, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and experience in the management of technical personnel is also essential.
