We’re looking for an Engineering Manager, Cloud Enablement with exceptional leadership and technical skills to join BlackBerry’s team. This person will be a creative problem-solver, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for cloud enablement for our products. The successful candidate will have expertise in software engineering, cloud solutions, and enterprise solutions, as well as experience leading teams of engineers. They will have an aptitude for managing complexity and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to assess the needs of different stakeholders. They will also have strong communication and organizational skills, a commitment to learning and development, and an eye for detail.
