
Corporate Technical Recruiter
Cylance is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to support our Professional Service business unit to meet the demands of our continued growth. Source, recruit and hire top talent for a variety of positions including sales, marketing, customer success, and other related positions. Partner and develop strong relationships with various hiring managers across the organizations to develop effective recruiting strategies and execute hiring plans. Manage a positive recruiting experience internally and externally (working with internal partners and candidates). Leverage your networks internally and externally to drive referrals and leads for current and future opportunities at Cylance. Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records and activity are current, and provide weekly reports. Assist in other recruiting or HR initiatives as needed.
