Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing sustainable datasets and reporting assets for the Sales Operations Organization. Assessing, researching, analyzing and documenting business needs to develop meaningful reporting capabilities across the entire organization Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining meaningful and sustainable reports and visualizations to business users through tools such as Einstein Analytics, Tableau, and/or PowerBI. Designing, developing and maintaining meaningful data strategies; identifying common reporting elements and maintaining governed datasets and assets for consumption by other team members. Coordinating with peers and leadership to prioritize requirements and development activities. Utilizing past experience and knowledge to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements. Striving for best practices, agility and strong user adoption.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of related experience
4-5 years implementing & managing BI platforms and related analysis tools with large complex data sets from various sources
Knowledge of relational Databases and Data warehouses
Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders
