Job Description

Blackbaud is currently looking for a CSR/ESG expert to be our Strategic Growth & Planning Manager. This individual will guide the Corporation Solutions vertical through a diverse set of programs and initiatives, both short and long-term, related to new go-to-market initiatives, operational improvement, risk and compliance, and global customer initiatives. Define International Go-To-Market Strategy. Partner with Marketing and Finance on AOP & LRP planning. Serve as a leader and a visible representative for the corporations vertical. Lead, motivate and empower a team of international executives to deliver new revenue. Empower your teammates, engage other business units and COEs. Arm internal and external stakeholders. Manage and lead strategic or complex projects across multiple project teams and/or departments.

Job Qualifications

  • +10 years of working with complex programs in the technology/SaaS industry

  • International payments and CSR partner processing experience is preferred

  • M&A experience is a plus

  • Experience and a track record of driving adoption, growth and results

  • Six Sigma and Professional Program Management Certification is preferred

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Strategic Growth & Planning Manager is between $105,000 and $120,000 per year. This salary range can vary depending on the company, location, and experience of the individual.
