We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead our AI Literacy & Enablement program.   1. Develop and lead the AI Literacy & Enablement program, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and develop strategies for incorporating AI technology into nonprofit operations.
  3. Oversee the execution of program initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  4. Create and maintain a project roadmap, outlining key milestones and deadlines for the program.
  5. Manage program budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of the program.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  8. Conduct regular program reviews and provide progress reports to senior management.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to ensure high levels of performance and professional development.
  10. Stay updated on the latest AI trends and developments in the nonprofit sector, and incorporate them into the program strategy.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the program and drive client engagement.
  12. Monitor program metrics and track program success, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Technology And Its Applications In The Nonprofit Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Ai Projects, Preferably In A Nonprofit Or Education Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Machine Learning Principles, And The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Program Effectiveness.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably With A Focus On Technology Or Ai-Related Initiatives. Previous Experience In The Nonprofit Sector Is A Plus.
