  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and organizations to drive revenue and create strategic partnerships.
  2. Utilize strategic thinking and business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and partnership development.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling Blackbaud's products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for partnership growth.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and industry trends.
  6. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Blackbaud, representing the company's values and mission to potential partners.
  8. Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with Blackbaud's goals and objectives.
  9. Monitor and report on partnership performance, making strategic adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve partnership strategies and processes.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients and partners.
  12. Act as a mentor and leader to junior sales team members, providing guidance and support in partnership development.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive partnership growth.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partnership activities and progress.
  15. Continuously seek out new opportunities and partnerships to expand Blackbaud's reach and impact.
