We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team.   1. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Blackbaud's solutions, as well as the nonprofit sector, to effectively articulate our value proposition to clients.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients, and participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase our solutions.
  3. Utilize your sales expertise to develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  5. Identify and address client needs, concerns, and objections to effectively position our solutions and services.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Blackbaud's solutions, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide the most relevant and effective solutions to clients.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  8. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  10. Represent Blackbaud at industry events and conferences to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns and strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  12. Continuously track and report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  13. Mentor and support junior sales team members to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  14. Embody the values and mission of Blackbaud, and serve as a brand ambassador to promote our commitment to making a positive impact on the world.

  • Strong Sales And Consulting Experience: A Successful Sales Senior Solutions Consultant Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Both Sales And Consulting Experience. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Technical Aptitude: As A Solutions Consultant, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Comfortable Navigating Various Software Systems And Platforms. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Demonstrate Blackbaud's Products And Customize Solutions For Clients.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Sales Senior Solutions Consultant Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Creative Solutions To Meet Clients' Needs. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Technical Or Business Challenges That May Arise.
