Manager, Solutions Engineering

Lead a team of Solutions Engineers in support of sales pursuits across vertical market groups in the US and Canada. Oversee the day-to-day operations and resource management of your team, such as opportunity, project, and account assignment of Solutions Engineers, as well as resolution of scheduling conflicts Lead all aspects of people management, including recruiting, hiring, setting of quarterly and annual goals, coaching, training, regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
