Blackbaud has a career opportunity for a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide analytical and problem-solving support to the Compensation Team. Conduct data analysis related to the design, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs with special emphases on sales compensation. Perform analyses of general compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives as well as stock based compensation. Develop recommendations regarding process-improvements, streamlining, and standardizing current compensation plans. Support compensation-related decision making by providing value-added reports, analysis and presentations. Benchmark compensation plans to industry norms. Ad hoc analysis and projects to support company-wide compensation objectives.
Previous experience with sales compensation plans and analysis.
7+ years proven successful track record working across organizations and functional areas with 3+ years in sales compensation function.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities within tight deadlines.
Familiarity with the SaaS-based business model.
