Job Description

Assist with the installation and configuration of basic software systems following established IT procedures and change control standards. Assist with post-installation verification, risk assessments and gap analysis. Work closely with co-workers, application developers and end-users to resolve application and performance related issues. Ensure recoverability of designated systems. Ensure security and integrity of designated systems. Install, patch and maintain designated systems in accordance with the IT patching policy. Ensure compliance with all corporate policies including but not limited to SOX and NERC/CIP. Monitor and optimize the performance of designated systems. Process work related requests in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with basic troubleshooting including application, database and network is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a technical role is preferred.

  • Knowledge of NERC CIP standards is preferred

  • Knowledge of the Utility Industry is preferred.
