Recruiter, Christian Apologetics Program

Set enrollment goals with the Program Director and Academic Coordinator. Develop and manage promotional material, marketing campaigns, and recruitment collateral. Develop and participate in generic and specialized marketing campaigns, including call/voicemail campaigns and email/letter cycles. Provide detailed and accurate evaluations of the effectiveness of marketing efforts in order to guide future marketing direction. Recruit and represent the degrees at department sponsored apologetics events, as well as other events and fairs. Act as a liaison between the Christian Apologetics department and advertising companies during ad campaigns, as needed. Manage student worker(s) who assist with recruiting efforts. Create and manage data reports to track incoming inquiry numbers, referrals, and matriculation numbers.
