  1. Provide administrative support for various programs within Biola University.
  2. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
  3. Collaborate with program directors and faculty to ensure smooth operation of programs.
  4. Manage program schedules, including coordinating meetings and events.
  5. Keep accurate records and maintain timely communication with program participants.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
  7. Handle inquiries and provide information to students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  8. Monitor program budgets and track expenses.
  9. Prepare and distribute program materials, including handouts, presentations, and reports.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries and issues.
  11. Coordinate with other departments and external partners to facilitate program activities.
  12. Help in the recruitment and enrollment of students for programs.
  13. Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and conferences.
  14. Conduct research and collect data to support program improvements and evaluations.
  15. Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  17. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all program participants.
  18. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  19. Stay updated on current trends and developments in higher education.
  20. Other duties as assigned by program directors or university administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Or Organizational Leadership.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Administration, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Faculty, Staff, And Students.

  • Knowledge Of And Commitment To Biola University's Mission And Values, With A Demonstrated Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Challenges Of A Christian Higher Education Institution.
