Job Description

The Online Bachelor’s Marketing Specialist functions within the office of University Marketing and is primarily responsible for executing marketing campaigns in order to recruit prospective Online Bachelor’s students to Biola. Responsible for execution and optimization of Online Bachelor’s marketing campaigns. Assist Undergraduate Marketing Manager in building strategic marketing campaigns with the purpose of achieving annual enrollment goals. Responsible for consistent communication and status updates with the Undergraduate Marketing Manager regarding Online Bachelor’s marketing campaign planning, execution and optimization. Responsible for casting vision and collaborating with Copywriters and CRM Specialists to develop messaging for the Online Bachelor’s audience across multiple media: email, social, print, web and advertising communication under the direction of and in collaboration with the Undergraduate Marketing Manager.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or written communication is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities and knowledge of effective marketing and communication.

  • Familiarity with the cultural and linguistic communities of the Southern California market (especially Latino/Hispanic communities)

Compensation
