- Oversee the clinical education and training of nursing students at Biola University.
- Develop and implement curriculum for clinical experiences, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure students receive a well-rounded education.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing students, promoting professional and ethical behavior.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards for clinical education.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical facilities, securing appropriate and diverse clinical experiences for students.
- Participate in program planning and development, contributing your expertise to enhance the curriculum and student learning.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing education and clinical practices, incorporating them into curriculum as appropriate.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the Christian values and mission of Biola University.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience In The Field Of Nursing.
Previous Supervisory Experience, Preferably In An Academic Or Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Mentor A Team Of Nursing Students And Faculty.
