Job Description

Audit all new loan documentation (promissory notes, entrance counseling and disclosure/self-certification forms) for compliance with federal regulations and Biola University policy. Manage the physical and electronic loan files by filing documents, creating new files, archiving paid-in-full files, and updating name changes on files. Take an active role in Be Cash Smart, the SAS financial literacy program. Develop and maintain a procedure manual, updating it annually at a minimum. Counsel students during the registration and enrollment process for each term. Assist the Billing Coordinator in the management of returned payments, contacting students and authorized users, and applying holds to these accounts.
