IT Systems Analyst

Maintain advanced knowledge of assigned applications and integrated 3rd-party applications. Remain well-informed and current about upgrades, patches, and product roadmaps.Administer changes to application configurations and other aspects of application setup. Document all application settings. Coordinate and oversee functional department responsibilities during implementation and testing of upgrades and patches. Support end-users in their effective and efficient use of their applications. You will need to maintain knowledge of how departments use software applications; perform business process analysis and modeling; specify requirements for new and improved functionality, and investigate and recommend solutions. Research and advise about new or extended functionality available in assigned modules and integrated 3rd-party applications.
