Job Description

Administers the daily activities of all current irrevocable gifts, and coordination with internal and external personnel, in a manner that ensures accurate and timely completion of all tasks and enhances favorable donor relations. Accounts for all activity of internally administered trusts, agreements and fiduciary accounts; including accounting for all assets held in trust, and activity related to those assets; receiving income and preparing distributions; accounting for income and distributions; achieving accurate and timely trust activity reporting to donors and beneficiaries. Reviews prepared fiduciary tax returns, income statements, tax letters, and all other tax related reporting for all trusts and agreements. Provides other reporting on trusts and agreements as required to external governmental agencies and internal management. Ensures that all asset management, donor correspondence and tax and regulatory requirements are timely and accurately completed.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently, accept responsibility, and pursue growth in the area of planned giving.

  • At least three years’ experience or demonstrated level of responsibility and competency in accounting functions.

  • Familiarity with estate planning, and trust administration a plus.
