  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive faculty development program that aligns with the university's mission and goals.
  2. Create and facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty to enhance their teaching, research, and service skills.
  3. Collaborate with academic departments to identify and address specific faculty development needs.
  4. Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to faculty members to support their professional growth.
  5. Manage the budget for faculty development initiatives and ensure responsible use of resources.
  6. Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in faculty development and incorporate them into the program.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among faculty through regular communication and engagement.
  8. Lead and coordinate faculty evaluation processes, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Serve as a liaison between faculty and administration, advocating for faculty development needs and concerns.
  10. Represent the university at relevant conferences and events to promote the faculty development program and build partnerships with other institutions.
  11. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion in faculty development.
  12. Maintain accurate records and data on faculty development activities and outcomes for reporting and evaluation purposes.
  13. Participate in university committees and initiatives related to faculty development and academic excellence.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of university-wide policies and procedures related to faculty development.
  15. Cultivate a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes spiritual growth and reflects the university's Christian values.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Higher Education Administration, Academic Leadership, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Faculty Development, Preferably At A University Or College Setting.

  • Demonstrated Success In Designing And Implementing Faculty Development Programs That Support Teaching Excellence And Promote A Culture Of Continuous Learning.

  • Proven Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Including Faculty, Administrators, And Staff To Advance Faculty Development Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Issues In Higher Education, Particularly In The Areas Of Faculty Development, Curriculum Design, And Assessment.
