Associate Director, Biola Counseling Center

Biola University is seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as the Associate Director of the Biola Counseling Center. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of mental health, counseling, and crisis management, and have a personal commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of college students. The Associate Director will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight of the Biola Counseling Center, including clinical services, training, and supervision of clinical staff.We are looking for an Associate Director with a Master’s degree in counseling or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a counseling center. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in program development, personnel management, and knowledge of state licensing requirements.
