- Ensure efficient and accurate enrollment processes for all students at Biola University.
- Serve as a key point of contact for students and families during the enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with academic departments and other university offices to facilitate the enrollment of students.
- Maintain and update student records in compliance with university policies and regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of enrollment policies and procedures.
- Communicate with students regarding enrollment requirements, deadlines, and other important information.
- Monitor and track enrollment data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and supervise enrollment services staff to ensure high-quality service to students.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of student records and information.
- Collaborate with other university departments to ensure a seamless and positive student experience.

- Continuously evaluate and improve enrollment processes to enhance the overall student experience at Biola University.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Counseling, Or Higher Education Administration.
Previous Experience In A Registrar's Office Or Enrollment Services Department, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Organizational And Administrative Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Students, Faculty, And Staff.
Knowledge Of Student Information Systems And Enrollment Processes, As Well As Understanding Of Ferpa And Other Relevant Regulations.
