Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sleep Disorders Technologist to join the Sleep Center team at Billings Clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and performing a variety of sleep studies and tests on patients. The ideal candidate for this role will have a thorough understanding of sleep disorders and a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Sleep Disorders Technologist, certification in Polysomnographic Technology from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists, and be registered with the American Board of Sleep Medicine. A caring and compassionate attitude is essential, as is the ability to work well independently and part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform a variety of sleep studies and tests on patients.
  2. Provide quality patient care and ensure patient safety.
  3. Monitor patients during sleep studies and provide timely feedback to physicians.
  4. Maintain organized patient records and accurately document all patient data.
  5. Educate patients and their families about sleep disorder treatments and management.
  6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
  7. Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during sleep studies.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
  9. Maintain and update knowledge of sleep disorder and treatment advances.
  10. Assist with research projects and clinical trials related to sleep disorders.

  • Cpr Certification
