Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care in the Cancer Center, including assessing patient needs, administering medications, and providing education and support.
2. Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure the highest quality of care.
3. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient care.
4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress to ensure desired outcomes are met.
5. Create a positive environment for patients and their families.
6. Maintain patient records in accordance with legal, clinical, and organizational standards.
7. Keep abreast of developments in oncology nursing and apply best practices.
8. Act as a resource for other staff members and be able to provide guidance and support.
9. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and other relevant information.
10. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
