1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Inpatient Surgical unit.

3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the medical team.

8. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
