  1. Conduct individual assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
  2. Utilize evidence-based techniques to provide therapy and counseling to patients with mental health concerns.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  6. Provide education and resources to patients and their families to support their mental health and well-being.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in the field of psychology to continuously improve patient care.
  8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care.
  9. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  12. Serve as a resource and mentor to other staff members, including interns and trainees.
  13. Collaborate with community organizations and resources to provide holistic care for patients.
  14. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the clinic and maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Doctorate Degree In Psychology From An Accredited University, With Specialization In Behavioral Health Or Clinical Psychology.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably In A Clinic Or Hospital Environment.

  • Knowledge And Expertise In Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions For A Wide Range Of Mental Health Disorders, Including Depression, Anxiety, And Trauma.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport And Build Trust With Patients From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Licensure As A Psychologist In The State Of Montana, With A Commitment To Ongoing Professional Development And Adherence To Ethical Standards.
