Responsibilities:

1. Draw blood from patients for laboratory testing in a safe and accurate manner.
2. Explain the procedure to patients and provide them with comfort and support.
3. Maintain patient records and laboratory documentation.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety and laboratory rules and regulations.
6. Monitor supply levels and restock when necessary.
7. Provide assistance to other clinical staff as needed.
8. Maintain professional and courteous relationships with patients and other staff.
9. Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
10. Participate in continuing education and training programs.
