Patient Access Specialist-Radiology

Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner. • Ensure that all required and necessary forms and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Retrieve patient information from electronic health records and verify patient demographics. • Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times. • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and navigating the healthcare system. • Process orders for radiology studies and ensure that all required information is accurate and complete. • Manage patient accounts and payment collections. • Track and document all patient interactions in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding patient information. • Other duties as assigned.
