MedFlight Communication Dispatcher

The Billings Clinic is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MedFlight Communication Dispatcher to join our team. Responsibilites:

1. Receive and respond to incoming calls from MedFlight personnel.
2. Effectively and efficiently coordinate and dispatch MedFlight personnel and resources.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to all MedFlight personnel.
4. Monitor and track MedFlight personnel and resources in real-time.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with MedFlight personnel.
6. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
7. Solve problems and apply critical thinking to complex situations.
8. Maintain accurate records and logs.
9. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
10. Assist with any other duties as needed.
