- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of identity and access management protocols to protect sensitive data within the organization.
- Learn and familiarize with existing security systems and processes within the organization.
- Collaborate with the information security team to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks and assist in developing solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze access control logs and reports to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Assist in developing and conducting training programs to educate employees on information security best practices and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in information security to continuously improve the organization's security protocols.
- Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of security incidents and breaches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security procedures and protocols.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure the security of information across the organization.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures regarding information security.
- Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in information security.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Information Security Manager or supervisor.
Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles And Best Practices.
Familiarity With Industry-Standard Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Active Directory, Ldap, And Saml.
Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security Concepts, Including Access Control And Authentication.
Proficiency In Scripting Languages, Such As Powershell Or Python, For Automation And Reporting Purposes.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Constantly Changing Environment.
