
Director of Regional Human Resources

- Develop and lead the implementation of strategic HR initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR practices across all locations.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various HR programs and initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to drive employee development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other organizational leaders to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Uphold and promote the organization's mission, vision, and values in all HR initiatives and decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent the organization at HR-related events and conferences.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's structure, roles, and responsibilities to effectively support and guide HR operations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external HR partners, such as recruiters, benefits providers, and legal counsel.
Extensive Hr Experience: A Director Of Regional Human Resources At Billings Clinic Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Employee Relations, And Talent Management.
Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess Excellent Leadership Qualities, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Hr Professionals. They Should Also Possess Strong Decision-Making Skills, As Well As The Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks To Ensure The Smooth Functioning Of The Hr Department.
Strategic Thinking: The Director Of Regional Human Resources Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Align With The Overall Goals And Objectives Of Billings Clinic.
