Authorization Specialist (Billings)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Authorization Specialist to join our Billings Clinic team in Billings, Montana. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely authorization of services as well as managing the authorization process from beginning to end.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a related role. You should be knowledgeable of insurance policy details and medical terminology, and have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.The successful candidate will be able to provide superior customer service and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
