Appointment Representative

7. Use technological solutions to streamline appointment scheduling processes.
8. Remain up-to-date on changes in insurance regulations and requirements.
9. Ensure HIPAA and patient privacy regulations are followed.
10. Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
