
Specialist, Integrated Marketing
Lead integrated marketing and messaging strategy for priority customer segments that span multiple Big Lots business units, anchoring in customer mindset / insight first and foremost. Craft focused, heart and mind opening briefs that unlock insights and create memorable marketing messages and activations. Provide cross functional partners with feedback on recommended plans and ability to deliver desired strategy. Measure impact of campaign success and report out regularly to leadership. Hindsight regularly, with heavy focus on continuous improvement of message and tactical mix. Partner heavily with insights team to sharpen understanding of how to delight our customer. Define new customer segments based on Big Lots ability to delight them + maximum business potential.
Minimum 5+ years of integrated marketing experience.
Brand marketing and/or agency experience is preferred.
Proven ability to turn data and insight into action and strong bias toward test & learn.
Ability to build & maintain solid working relationships with business partners & other team members.
