- Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage to attract customers to sales and special offers.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and damaged merchandise.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store layout to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers at all times.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact And Engage With Customers In A Friendly And Professional Manner.
Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Setting.
