- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
- Ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to assist customers and promote products.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer issues.
- Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and product knowledge.
- Assist in receiving and unloading inventory shipments, and organizing and storing products in the stockroom.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Adhere to all company dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
