Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with purchases.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper signage.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure timely restocking of products.
Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Up-sell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting store promotions and special offers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Actively seek out opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and provide feedback to management.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
