  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  2. Assist customers with finding products and provide product information as needed.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring all products are properly labeled.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  5. Receive and unpack merchandise deliveries, ensuring all products are properly stocked on shelves and in designated areas.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies.
  8. Follow safety and security procedures to prevent loss and damage to merchandise.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  10. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members at all times.
  11. Uphold the company's standards for customer service and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer experience and increase sales.
  13. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  14. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and promotions.
  15. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
