As a Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked for our customers. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Follow company safety and security procedures to prevent loss and protect store assets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of products and promotions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing accurate and helpful information.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to improve job knowledge and skills.
Contribute to store goals and assist with achieving sales targets.
